Q. You've got a lot of photos, how do I best find one to suit my needs?
A. Well there are several ways (using the shop filters) depending on your needs but I recommend trying the photo colour filter first. Typically you have a good feel for the colours you want for your creative assets so start there, filter by colour and see what grabs your imagination. Happy hunting!
Q. So how do I get started?
A. Well you're starting in a pretty good place, I suggest you browse the FAQ page for a few more minutes before heading over to the shore. Once in the shore you can browse my wares, so to speak, and see if anything tingles your artistic and creative mojo.
A. Well its pretty straight forward, once you've found a store photo you like, select the 'add to cart' button and proceed to the checkout. Complete your payment and you'll be presented with a download option, straight to your desktop.

A. So many great movies, it's hard to pick just one, but since you're pressing me, it would have to be Unforgiven. 'It's a hell of a thing, killing a man. You take away everything he's got and everything he's ever gonna have.'
Q. Can I use the photos I purchase from you more than once?
A. Sure can, once you've purchased a photograph you can use it for multiple applications or creative assets such as; banners, posters, eBooks, professional reports, blog posts, websites, book covers, packaging, computer wallpaper or screen saver, etc.
Q. Can I resize, overlay layers, convert to monochrome, sepia or B&W the photos I purchase from you?
A. Yes.
Q. Can I create physical assets (coffee cups, T-shirts, ebooks, posters, etc.) with the stock I purchase from you?
A. Absolutely, especially coffee cups!
Q. What digital assets can I create with the stock I purchase from you?
A. Anything you like; banners, posters, eBooks, professional reports, blog posts, websites, book covers, packaging, etc.

Q. So what payment options do you have?
A. Just the one, 'pay for exactly what you want'. If you need a single photo, then pay for a single photo, no lock-in plans. If you want more than a single photo, then that's cool too, you pay for exactly what you need.
Q. EXCLUSIVE USE PHOTOGRAPHY: Can I purchase exclusive use rights (short or long term) to your photography?
A. Yes you can, please contact me via email to arrange terms.
Q. Can I purchase your photos on behalf of a client?
A. Sure can.
Q. Do all your photos come with 'model release'?
A. Sure do. A model release, (sometimes referred to as a liability waiver) is a legal release signed by the subject in a photograph which grants permission for the photograph to publish in any form.
Q. Are the photographs I purchase from you Royalty-free?
A. Sure are, all eSCAPE Stock photographs are Royalty-free. Royalty-free, refers to the right to use copyright material without paying any royalties for each use or copy sold. So for example, if you were to place one of my photos on a T-Shirt and sell a million units, (wow, lucky you!) you wouldn't pay me anything other than the original cost for the photo.
Q. Can I sell the photos I buy from you to others?
A. No I'm afraid not. You see that would put me out of business, on the street and take the food from my children mouths - did I go too far? Anyway, please do not sell, rent, lend and/or distribute my photos to any other party.
Q. Can I give the photos I buy from you to my friends, family or work colleagues?
A. No, that wouldn't be cool. While we both love our family and friends, please do not lend, gift, loan or otherwise provide my photographs to any of them, not even for their birthday.
Q. I work in a media or other similar vocation. If I use your photos in my work, do I need to acknowledge you?
A. Well it would be really nice if you would. If I'm being completely honest, its a bit of an ego thing, besides I could do with the potential traffic. Please credit (in close proximity) "Matt Nash-Arnold, eSCAPEStock.com" to the photograph/s used.
Q. Do you have a Privacy Policy (GDPR)?
A. Yes I do, please click on the link to the right.
A. JPEG. I export high quality JPEG image files from Photoshop CC 2019.
Q. What size (resolution) are your photos?
A. To see the size of a photo, open the desired photo while in the shop, the 'Description' field details photo size. The text format will look like the following: 'Size of image 1920px × 1234px, JPEG format.'
Q. Do I need Photoshop or another 'professional' grade image editor to use your photos?
A. No, not at all. I provide photos in JPEG format which is a very commonly used image format which can be used by numerous photo software packages; Photoscape, The Nik Collection, Paint.NET, Photoshop Express, Pixlr.com, etc.
